Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Order tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, occasional delays can happen due to carrier volume, weather, or customs (for international orders) — these are outside our control, but we're happy to help track down a delayed package.

Incorrect address
