Ana Liova is responsible for delivering the order to the shipping address provided at checkout. Once the package is marked as delivered by the local postal service, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

If you made a mistake in your shipping address or wish to change or cancel your order, please contact info@analiova.com within 1 hour of placing your order, including your order number and details. Once order processing has begun, changes or cancellations can no longer be accepted.
