We hope you love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our return and exchange process simple and transparent.
General Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- All tags must be attached (if applicable)
- No signs of wear, stains, or odors (deodorant, perfume, makeup, etc.)
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
Return for Refund
Timeframe: Items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
Process: Please email us photos of the item(s) you wish to return before shipping them back.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds: Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Order Cancellation & Modification
Timeframe: All requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order.
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once fulfillment has begun. All requests are subject to approval.
Please include the following details in your email:
- Item modification: Order number, original item, and desired item
- Address modification: Order number and correct shipping address
- Cancellation: Order number only
Return for Exchange or Replacement
Timeframe: Items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Process: Once your return is received, we will ship the replacement or exchange item.
After You Ship Your Return
Once your return has been shipped, please email us with the following information:
- Return tracking number
- Carrier name
- List of items returned
Important: Without this information, we may be unable to process your refund or exchange.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Defective items: Contact us within 3 business days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Wrong or missing items: Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
